CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all my valued clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: Advance Notice: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on my waiting list. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled time. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen delays can occur. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will make every effort to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, please note that the full service fee will still apply. Deposits: For certain services, I may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
